Delete your Fest Ops account

This page is for users of the Fest Ops mobile application (developed and published by Bolse Event Solution). Fest Ops is used by festival staff and volunteers to manage incidents, timetables, backstage operations, and check-ins for a specific festival.

How to request deletion

1. Enter the festival code (the same code, or "slug", you use to sign in to the app — e.g. ob26).
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Submit the request below.
4. Open the confirmation link we email you (valid for 60 minutes) and confirm.
5. Your account is deleted immediately — you're signed out everywhere and the login stops working.

What will be deleted

• Your login and password
• Your name, email, and phone number on file
• Your module/team access grants
• Saved push-notification devices and app sessions
• Your in-app notification inbox
• Any pending password-reset or deletion links

What may be retained

• Operational festival records you created or were involved in — e.g. incident tickets, comments, check-ins, or timetable actions — stay for the festival's operational history, but are re-labeled to a generic "Deleted User" and no longer show your name, email, or phone number.
• Security/audit logs (like login records) are kept for abuse prevention and platform security.

Retention periods

Personal account data (login, profile, devices, sessions) is removed immediately when a deletion request is confirmed. Anonymized operational records follow the same retention as the rest of that festival's operational data and are not separately time-limited — they contain no personal information once anonymized. Security/audit logs are retained per the platform's standard operational-security period.
